4) Enthusiasm: Let go of our perfectionism and connect with living in the quality of now.
5) Meditation: Come back to being right here.
6) Wisdom: Cultivate an open curious mind.
We can become more compassionate with ourselves and the world, even during times of discord.
Even when we do not understand each other, agree with each other or believe the other does not deserve our compassion.
